Dan has always had a curiosity when it comes to data, technology and design, and the positive impact the smooth integration of these services can have on people and organisations.

Securing a 1st class honours in Graphic Design is one of Dan’s proudest achievements, and he has successfully applied his extensive  creative skills on behalf of many blue chip companies in the financial, fintech and research sectors over the past ten years.

Dan has worked on the reinvigoration of established brands, and has also successfully reimagined and redefined brands to make them more relevant and engaging to their customers. His extensive portfolio also includes leading the design on high profile events, corporate websites and digital campaigns.

At 8 Second Network, Dan uses his personal interest and extensive technical knowledge to evaluate the latest multimedia technologies. And he spends many hours determining and testing the best tools for every client project. Dan works closely with Roxanne Pocha, Co- Founder and Director of Corporate Stories.

Roxanne’s journey as a storyteller began in school, where she consistently won accolades for her captivating short stories. It wasn’t until she entered the financial sector that she discovered her knack for transforming complex products and services into engaging narratives that speak directly to customer needs and challenges.

With over 25 years of senior marketing and communications experience in financial services, Roxanne has held pivotal roles including Head of Research, Director of Strategy, Marketing Director, and CMO. Notably, she launched her first website for Merrill Lynch in 1997, showcasing her forward-thinking approach long before digital was the norm.

Roxanne’s passion for data stems from her deep understanding of its commercial advantages. She’s driven by a belief that numbers and statistics, when presented clearly and thoughtfully, have the power to guide smarter, faster decisions.

Her entrepreneurial spirit flourished as she founded two successful startups, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges faced by business owners. This experience fueled her return to the financial sector as a marketing and business strategy consultant, where for the past 12 years, she has advised professional services companies, fintechs, startups, and regulators.

At 8 Second Network, Roxanne works closely with Dan Murray, Co-Founder & Design Director, to develop comprehensive communication strategies, craft compelling copy, and deliver high-impact productions. Together, they elevate customer experiences, transforming raw data and narratives into visual and emotional touchpoints that enable faster, more informed decision-making.
